Background:
The Long Beach Area Republican Party is where I got my start in politics. When I was fifteen years old, my dad brought me to a meeting, and that one happened to involve a fight between the moderates and the conservatives over tactics.

Over thirteen years later, some things never change.

My goal in 2008 was to unify the different elements of the Republican Party (country club, grassroots(values), Chamber of Commerce) under the basic values that we had lost as a party.

We kicked it off with a Straw Poll fundraising dinner in January, and implemented to some degree all the things outline in the plan, which you can see here.
